Cookie Notice
This page is general information about our Service, not legal advice to you.
Réidh uses only strictly necessary cookies — the small amount of storage needed to sign you in and keep the Service secure. We do not use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies. Because these cookies are strictly necessary to provide the service you ask for, we do not need your consent for them; we simply let you know they are in use.
Cookies and storage we use
- Staff session (first-party, lasts for your sign-in) — keeps you signed in to the staff app after you log in. Without it the Service cannot work.
- Security / anti-CSRF (first-party, session) — supports sign-in integrity and protects against cross-site request forgery.
- Client portal session(first-party, short-lived) — keeps a client’s portal open while they use it, after they follow their secure link.
- Gmail connection state (first-party, a few minutes) — a temporary cookie set only if a client chooses to connect their Gmail, to protect that connection step against cross-site request forgery.
- Cookie-notice flag (browser local storage, on your device) — remembers that you dismissed this notice so we do not show it again. It never leaves your device.
Client portal links
The client portal is reached through a signed link rather than a tracking cookie. A short-lived session is established only to keep a client’s portal open while they use it.
Managing cookies
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, but blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in. Questions: privacy@appify.digital.
